It depends on the size of the house, the number of entries we find and the visits it needs. The list of what decides it is on the how pricing works page, and we write the number down before any work starts.

Many houses do well with a spring visit and a fall visit. A house with a leak, or a known entry, may need more. We say what we'd recommend in the report.

Our applicators are licensed and follow the label on everything they use. We tell you where to keep children and pets away, and for how long, and we send the product list if you ask.

Sealing works the day it's done, though anything already inside takes longer to leave. Most homes see a difference within a few weeks, but it varies.

For the first visit, yes if you can. We walk the house with you. After that we need access to the cellar and the attic.

Call us. We come back and look at how they got in. Whether the return visit is covered depends on your plan, and the terms are in the written estimate.

Yes. A single fall visit is a job on its own, and you decide afterward whether to book a second.

They're rare here. If we see signs we tell you, and we say who to call for an inspection. A report records what was found; it isn't a promise.
