Before the visit
What should I do before you come?
Move what you can a hand's width off the cellar walls and note where you heard anything. That's all.
Do I need to be home?
For the first visit, yes if you can. After that we need access to the cellar and the attic.
What do I get afterward?
A written report that names each place we sealed, what we treated and what we'd check next.
